Everything Reelwire does, explained

Most of it is on every plan, Free included. The rest is for teams that answer for what they post.

At a glance

Which plan has what

Each one opens where it is explained. Everything a plan has, the plans above it have too.

Approval

A person approves before anything goes out

Switch approval on for a channel, and nothing goes out there until somebody you trust has said yes.

Approval is optional and set per channel: with it off, a rendered post is scheduled and goes out, and nothing waits; with it on, it waits for a person who approves or rejects it, emailed when a post waits; Enterprise adds two approvers where asked and a sealed record of every post
  • Approve or reject each post

    From Small business

Every post on that channel waits, whichever way it leaves. Whoever holds Approvals is emailed, sees the clip and its text, and says yes or no.

  • A change waits too

    From Small business

Updating a post that went out is approved like the post, so nobody swaps an approved post for something else. Deleting never waits.

  • Four eyes

    Enterprise

Nobody approves a post they wrote or a change they sent, whether they wrote it themselves or their system sent it.

  • Two approvers where a channel needs them

    Enterprise

A channel can ask for two different people before a post goes out. The first approval is kept while the second is waited for.

  • Each colleague with the powers they need

    From Small business

Operations, Approvals and Administration, in any mix. A reviewer with Approvals alone approves and changes nothing else, and nobody without it can switch approval off.

Compliance record

Proof of what went out, years later

Approval says somebody checked. The record proves it to somebody who was not there: every clip made and every one handed over, sealed, time-stamped and kept ten years, with nothing to switch on.

An example entry. Every clip gets one when it is made, and again, per channel, when it is handed over.
  • A sealed entry for every clip

    Enterprise

Every clip as it is made, handed over or exported: the video's fingerprint and three of its frames, the template, its build and the renderer that drew it, and who made it. For a post also the text in every length, where the content came from, what AI did, who approved it and how it went out.

  • Sealed three times, kept ten years

    Enterprise

Each entry is linked to the one before, signed, and time-stamped once a day by an independent authority, so nobody, Reelwire included, can change one unseen.

  • An export your auditor checks without Reelwire

    Enterprise

A report to read, the records, the time stamps and the frames, with a script that checks every seal on any computer, in one file.

  • Which clip is this video?

    Enterprise

Check any file Reelwire made, handed over or exported, against the record by its fingerprint, and it says which clip it was.

  • Read-only auditors, who take no seat

    Enterprise

They read the record, its export and the workspace, and change nothing.

  • Your workspace's own audit log

    Enterprise

Everything people and API keys did, from settings and permissions to approvals, exports and stopping everything.

Stop everything

One button holds every channel

For the day something must not go out: a crisis, a mistake, a market that turned. Everything waits until you resume, and every screen says so while it holds.

  • Stop everything at once

    Every plan

No new post is made, nothing handed over leaves and scheduled posts wait. A delete still goes out, since taking something down is often what a crisis needs. Operations or Approvals may press it.

  • Planned silences

    Enterprise

The same, for periods you set ahead: a quiet period before results, or the weeks before an election. Every stop and silence is in the audit log.

Syndication

The people you allow post your clips too

Syndication hands the clips you release to people outside your workspace, your participants, who post them on their own accounts in your name.

  • Each group of your channels has a sign-up page in your look, framed in your own portal or website.
  • Participants subscribe themselves, by email or by webhook, and every address is confirmed before anything goes to it.
  • They receive only the clips of the channels they chose, once you released them, after approval where a channel asks for it.
  • You see what each of them was sent and when, and can block anybody.

Every clip they post carries your brand.

Your design, your speed

Templates in your own design, and first in the queue

Every template already wears your colours, fonts and logo. Where your company has a design system of its own, a collection can follow it, and on Enterprise your clips are drawn first.

  • Templates in your corporate design

    Add-on from Small business

A collection for your workspace alone, in your own layouts, graphic elements and motion. Nobody else sees it. Ask for yours

  • Priority rendering

    Enterprise

Your clips go first in the queue, so a post about something that just happened is drawn before anybody else's.
